- 1 / 5By Ron GaitherToday, ordered #12 with a banana shake. Received a chocolate banana shake. When I told manager of wrong flavor, she said no that's a custom shake, that's what you ordered. When I showed her the receipt that showed a banana shake, she acted disgusted and told the shake maker that I wanted a banana shake, then he became upset. I was made to feel that it was my mistake. No apology was given for having to wait to get the order right. In fact he made two more shakes before redoing mine. Very unprofessional.July 07, 2016
