  They did a fabulous job on some horse themed cookies for my favorite friends and even delivered them early so it would be a big surprise!!! Thank you for the job well done.

  I'm having a hard time believing that this company is receiving a nearly perfect score on their review.
  
  I put in a valentines order a week in advance and there was an issue paying with pay pal right out of the gate. Not a typical method but don't advertise that it works if it doesn't. I was told I would receive a call back regarding the method of payment but never did.
  
  So Valentine's Day comes up and I call to confirm everything is good to go and I'm told they're going to check and call me back. Call never came so I called back after several hours and was told they couldn't guarantee my delivery would make it within business hours because they had 250 orders. Honestly, it's not my problem that you overbooked your orders for Valentine's Day. It's your obligation to make it happen.
  
  So I give it until 4:40pm until I call back and I'm told they never processed the order. Really??? You couldn't have figured that out first thing in the morning when I called?
  
  The guy tells me he's going to make it right and refund my money. No offense but that's not making it right. That's doing the bare minimum.
  
  I'll give them this though, they're all polite even though they're not business savvy. I won't use them again and won't recommend them to anyone else.
