  All I can say is OK. Most of the time when my drinks are handed to me, there is coffee or whatever running down the cup. How hard is it to put the lid on and wipe the cup? I think these people need to go back to Starbucks training 101.
  Now I go to a different coffee place in MWC. JITTERS is the best and their menu puts Starbucks to shame. The cups are never messy, and they have you try your drink to make sure it's perfect before you leave, or they will fix you a new one, or not charge you. That's perfection.
  Maybe Starbucks can learn a little something!!!

  I really like coming here to sit and relax, do some of life's housekeeping on my laptop, or just meet new people. The staff here is always nice. When they see me walk in they sometimes will start making my usual order before i make it to the counter. I almost feel like Norm from Cheers. If could suggest as a change, it would be to turn down the music some or even to just pipe it to the outside patio instead. it's just too loud most of the time
